  • 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds

  • 2 cups of water.


The next step is to take 2 cups of water in a pan and bring it to a good boil. Once bubbles begin to increase, go on and add coriander, cumin, fennel seeds into the pan. You can also crumble the herbs individually and add them to the water. Else, let the concoction boil well and once it does, cool it off.


Strain it well so as to assure that the spice mixture infuses perfectly in the drink. Your tea is ready to drink. You may add a little honey if you want some sweetness. Adding honey is completely optional and depends on your preferences. Similarly, you can also add a pinch of cinnamon and ginger powder.


You can also make this tea in a more oversized batch, stock, and refrigerate it as well. A cooler version of the tea can be a wholesome restorative and refreshing drink for the summer season!
