Eat completely cooked food:

If you experience swelling, pain , or stomach-related uneasiness, you must avoid raw food. To maintain a healthy digestive fire, cook your food and eat it warm.

Go on Walk after Eating:

After eating, walk. Walking stimulates our digestive system and speeds up the digestion of food. Take a leisurely 15 to 20-minute walk after meals to aid your body's digestion. Take nourishing deep breaths as you move slowly.

Takeaway:

Eat mindfully, slowly, and without distraction. In Ayurveda, mealtime is sacred. Allow yourself to be present and express gratitude for your meal while putting away all devices. We can digest food more easily when our bodies are calm. Make it easier for your body to digest your food by thoroughly chewing it. Take your time and eat mindfully, savoring each bite of food.
